This amber-colored white wine is fermented and aged with 100% of its skins in Qvevri for 10 months by the Kakhetian traditional method. You can feel aromas of flowers, mainly of crocus, with flavors of ripe jujube and fresh macadamia nuts in the finish. It is a full-bodied balanced wine with a very long finish. This wine will pair well with meat salads, beef tongue and dry cheese.
