This amber-colored white wine is fermented and aged with 100% of its skins in Qvevri for 10 months by the Kakhetian traditional method. You can feel aromas of ﬂowers, mainly of crocus, with ﬂavors of ripe jujube and fresh macadamia nuts in the ﬁnish. It is a full-bodied balanced wine with a very long ﬁnish. This wine will pair well with meat salads, beef tongue and dry cheese.
