A dry white wine, made from Kakhuri Mtsvane grape variety, native to the region of Kakheti in eastern Georgia.
With a pale straw color and greenish hue, this light-bodied has delicates notes aromas of citrus and wildflowers. These delightful flavors also lift the palate, joined with delicate mineral tones, leading to a soft, crisp finish.
Best served as an aperitif, with appetizers such as Pkhali, or with light dishes, such as salads, seafood, fish, and poultry.
