Rkatsiteli is one of the most famous Georgian white grape varieties grown in Kakheti Region, Eastern Georgia. This wine is made in Qvevri by the traditional Georgian method, which has been added to the world heritage list of UNESCO. The wine has a dark amber-yellow color, it surprises the nose with its dried apple, ripe pear and an expressive range of spices. It pairs perfectly with aged cheeses and meat stews.
