This red dry wine is made in Qvevri (clay vessel) by the traditional Georgian method. It has a dark pomegranate color with a memorable and distinctive bouquet with a balanced mouthfeel. You will note aromas of blueberries and ripe cranberries. It has quite a long finish that is very pleasant and different. This wine perfectly pairs with veal steak, stuffed goose, dried cheese and boiled kidney beans.
