This Imeretian varietal wine is fermented and matured with 5% of its skins in Qvevri (clay vessel) by the traditional Imeretian method for 8 months. It is light golden wine with sweet aromas of white cherry and pineapple. The taste is sharp and lively with some tones of peach. It pairs well with traditional Imeretian meals, also with chicken stew or poultry salads.
