This white dry wine is made in Qvevri (clay vessel) by the traditional Georgian method. The wine is fermented with 5% of its skins and aged in Qvevri for 8 months. It is straw-colored with some golden rays. Initially, the wine is characterized with aromas of herbs (grass, hay) followed by white cherry. Tsolikouri perfectly goes with steamed ﬁsh, khachapuri and spinach.
